Shipping within Germany

We charge €6.99 per shipment for deliveries within Germany.
For orders with a goods value of €149.99 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Shipping is carried out by DHL. The delivery time is 2–4 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email that allows you to track your parcel.

Returns within Germany

The statutory right of withdrawal applies. Please withdraw from the contract no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. Withdrawal form

For returns within Germany, please use our returns portal: https://fristed.eu/return

There you can register your return and create a DHL return label. Attach the label to the securely closed parcel and then hand it over to DHL for return shipment.

Shipping within the EU

We charge €15.99 per shipment for deliveries within the EU.

Shipping is carried out by UPS. The delivery time is 2–8 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email that allows you to track your parcel.

Returns within the EU

The statutory right of withdrawal applies. Please withdraw from the contract no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. Withdrawal form

For returns within the EU, please send an email to: sales [at] fristed.eu
We will then send you a UPS return label by email. Attach the label to the closed parcel and hand the parcel over to UPS for return shipment.
